Terms and Conditions of Rental
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required before a booking can be confirmed.
Final Payment
The balance of the rental is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is within the four weeks of arrival full payment is required at time of booking.
Cancellation.
If you have to cancel your booking within four weeks of arrival we can only refund your payment less deposit if we can re-let the cottage. We strongly recommend that you have holiday insurance to cover such eventualities.
Arrival and Departures.
Weekly rentals are from 4 - 7 pm Saturday (date of arrival) to 10am the following Saturday (date of departure). We need this time to clean and prepare thoroughly either for your arrival or for that of our next guests. If you are going to be late on arrival we would appreciate a phone call to let us know.
Strictly No Smoking.
Baronscourt Cottages operate a strict no smoking policy in all cottages.
Pets.
Well behaved, house trained pets are welcome in “Falcon Rise” with prior approval. We request that pets are under control at all times and not left unattended at any time in the cottage. There is an additional charge of £2 per pet per day.

The neighbouring land at Baronscourt is all managed for a variety of purposes including agricultural, sporting and timber production. Please obey any warning notices and comply with the countryside code at all times.
Environmental Protection.
Please help Baronscourt Cottages reduce our carbon footprint by recycling where possible. Crates are provided for recyclable materials. Switch off lights, only heat when required and where possible save water.
Damages.
Please leave the cottage in the same clean and tidy state as you find it, otherwise a cleaning charge will apply. Please notify us of any breakages and damages. Damages will be charged at cost.
Occupancy.
The number of persons occupying the cottage must not exceed that advertised. The cottage must be used for personal and domestic purposes only and not for any commercial use without prior, written consent from Baronscourt Cottages.
